肾炎灵颗粒剂对慢性原发性肾小球疾病脂质代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾炎灵颗粒剂对慢性原发性肾小球疾病脂质代谢的影响。方法:174例患者全部服用肾炎灵颗粒冲剂进行治疗,观察治疗前后其血清胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白及载脂蛋白A、B的水平。结果:肾炎灵颗粒剂能明显降低胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B的含量,提高高密度脂蛋白的含量。结论:肾炎灵颗粒剂对慢性原发性肾小球疾病的脂质代谢紊乱有调整作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenyanling Granule for the lipid metabolism in patients with chronic idiopathic glomerulonephritis. Methods : 174 patients were treated with Shenyanling Granule. The levels of serum TC, TG , LDL-C , HDL-C and apo-A, apo-B were observed before and after the treatment. Results : Shenyanling Granule could reduce the consistency of serum TC ,TG, LDL-C and apoB. At the same time, Shenyanling Granule could improve the consistency of serum HDL-C. Conclusion : Shenyanling Granule could adjust the disorder of lipid metabolism of chronic idiopathic glomeruolnephritis.
