摘　　要：目的:测定朱红膏主要成分汞的含量,对剂型稳定性和皮肤刺激性进行了试验,就改变其软膏基质进行了初步探索。方法:采用容量滴定法、留样观察、稳定性观察实验。结果:确定了滴定样品处理的温度与时间,动物实验显示出较好的安全性。结论:含量测定的条件可行,药物安全有效。Objective: To measure the content of hydrargyrum, the main ingredient of Zhuhong Gao; test the character stability and dermal thrill. And do the preliminary exploration of transformation its ointment texture. Method : Capacity titration, sample observation, stability observation experiment. Results: Ascertained the temperature and time for the titrated sample. Animal test shows a satisfactory security. Conclusion : Ensure the feasibility of content mensuration condition. The medicine is security and efficacious.
