摘  要:目的研究安氟醚麻醉下牵拉胆囊对心肌ATP酶、ET、NOS的影响。方法健康家兔 2 4只 ,随机分为A、B、C三组 ,A组对照组 ,B组吸入安氟醚达 0 65MAC ,C组吸入安氟醚达 1 3MAC。暴露胆囊 ,坠以 1 0 0g重物牵引 1 0分钟。迅速开胸 ,取心肌组织测定ATP酶、内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)。结果三组心肌细胞的Na+ K+ATPase、Mg2 + ATPase差异无显著性 ,C组的Ca2 + ATPase明显低于A组 (P <0 0 5) ,B组、C组的ET明显低于A组 (P <0 0 5)。结论安氟醚麻醉下牵拉胆囊可抑制了心肌细胞Ca2 +Objective To study the effects of pulling gallbladder in endothelin(ET)?nitrous oxide synthase(NOS)?ATPase of heart muscle on the enflurane anesthesia of rabbits. Methods Twenty-four rabbits were divided randomly into three groups: control group(group A)?0.6MAC enflurane(group B)?1.3MAC enflurane(group C). The gallbladder was pulled for ten minutes by 100g object on the operation. At last, the endothelin(ET)?nitous oxide synthase(NOS)?ATPase of heart muscle were measured. Results No significant difference among three groups were found in Na + -K + ATPase?Mg 2+ -ATPase, but the Ca 2+ -ATPase of group C was significantly less than group A ( P <0.05). Conclusion Enflurane decrease of ATPase and catecholamine of heart muscle are possible mechanism.
