摘　　要：随着中国金融国际化、市场化趋势的日益加深,掌握金融工程技术、发展金融衍生产品、加快金融创新、规避金融风险已成为当今中国金融界的必然选择。本文论述了金融衍生品的发展历程,指出中国发展金融衍生品的必然性和可行性,并针对不足,提出发展思路。With the deepen trend of China's finance internationalization and marketization, to grasp the financial engineering technigue, develop the derivative products, to promote the innovation of finance, to avoid the financial risk, which is becoming the only choice of China's financial industry, the article analyze the procesure of financial derivative products, and point out the countermeasure of developing the financial industry.
