摘　　要：分析了三种不同的型砂质量控制理念,评述了湿型粘土砂性能和组分的离线及在线自动检测技术和不同类型的型砂质量自动控制系统的研究与应用状况,特别介绍了近几年来国内外的研究成果及目前主要应用的砂处理系统,并从控制手段及控制思想上分析了型砂质量控制技术的发展趋势。Property test and quality control of green sand are still important study problems in the domain of foundry.In this paper,it was presented that the three kinds of control ideas of green sand quality and reviewed that the applications of green sand off-line and on-line automatic measuring techniques and quality control systems in different.Study harvests and sand treatment systems mainly applied at home and abroad in recent years are introduced,development trends on green sand quality control systems are analyzed based on control means and control ideas respectively.
