下肢深静脉血栓形成患者血小板活化状态的变化及意义

摘　　要：为探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成 (DVT)患者血小板活化状态的变化及其临床意义 ,用流式细胞术(FCM) ,以单克隆抗体为探针 ,对 3 5例下肢 DVT患者 (DVT组 )及 3 1例健康人 (对照组 )血小板活化标记物溶酶体颗粒糖蛋白 (CD6 3)、血小板表面选择素 (CD6 2 P)及凝血酶敏感蛋白 (TSD)进行了检测。结果显示 ,DVT组 3种血小板活化标志物阳性表达率均高于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 0 1) ,溶栓治疗后 3种血小板活化标志物的阳性表达率均呈降低趋势。提示 DVT患者体内血小板活化亢进 ;To evaluate the status of platelet activation in vivo in patients with deep vein thrombosis(DVT),platelet activation markers including membrane glycoproteins of CD 63,CD 62P and thrombospondin (TSD) were fluorescencelabled with their corresponding monoclonal antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry(FCM). Results showed that the expression of the three glycoproteins measured was significantly stronger in 35 patients with DVTthan that in 31 normal subjects. A trend of decreasing expression of the glycoproteins was observed in relation to medicine administration.This suggests that the platelet activation is enhanced in patients with DVT and FCM is a better measurement of in vivo platelet activation.
