摘  要:为探讨治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的有效方法 ,取 15具鲜尸 (人 )股骨 ,制成髁间 T形骨折并骨缺损植骨模型。随机分成三组 ,分别用 L 形钢板、髁支持钢板、可吸收接骨板辅助钢板 (可吸收组合板 )固定 ,置万能试验机上 ,做压缩、弯曲力学性能试验。结果显示 ,可吸收组合板抗压缩和抗弯曲能力较 L形钢板和髁支持钢板强 (P<0 .0 1)。To find a new treatment approach for complicated distal femur fracture.15 fresh femurs were randomly divided into three groups which were all made intra-articular fracture pattern.Each group underwent fixation with L plate,condylar buttress plate and locked absorbable double-plating construct.The instrumented femurs were then mechanically tested in several loading modes to determine fixation stability.Results showed that the locked absorbable double-plating construct provided significantly greater fixation stability than the L plate and condylar buttress plate. This suggests that double-plating construct is particularly applicable for severely comminuted fracture of the distal femur and fracture in osteopenic bone with poor screw purchase.
