摘 要:目的观察中风安口服液对大鼠动脉血栓形成和对小鼠血液凝固及耐力的影响。方法采用血栓法观察中风安口服液对大鼠动脉血栓形成的影响 ,并与脑血康比较其抗动脉血栓的作用 ;利用玻片法和小鼠游泳耗竭实验 ,观察中风安口服液对小鼠血液凝固时间及耐力的影响。结果中风安口服液大、中、小 3个剂量均可显著抑制大鼠动脉血栓的形成 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,中、小剂量中风安口服液抗血栓作用强于相同剂量的阳性对照药脑血康(P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;大、中剂量中风安口服液显著延长小鼠血液凝固时间 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,大、小剂量中风安可显著延长小鼠游泳耗竭时间 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论中风安口服液对动物动脉血栓和静脉血栓的形成均有明显的抑制作用 ,并可增强动物的耐力 ,具有抗疲劳作用。ObjectiveTo study the effects of Zhongfeng an on artery thrombosis in rats and vein thrombosis in mice, and the physical strength in mice.MethodsThe effect of Zhongfeng an on the mass of artery thrombosis induced by thread embolism in rats was observed, and compared to that produced by Naoxuekang, a known antithrombotic drug. The effects of Zhongfeng an on thrombosis time and swim exhausted time in mice were determined. ResultsZhongfeng an at high, low and middle doses significantly reduced the mass of artery thrombosis in rats (P< 0.01 ), and at low and middle doses was more potent than Naoxuekang (P< 0.05 , P< 0.01 ). Zhongfeng an at high and middle doses delayed the thrombosis time in mice (P< 0.01 ,P< 0.05 ). Zhongfeng an at high and low doses postponed the swim exhausted time in mice (P< 0.01 ,P< 0.05 ). ConclusionZhongfeng an could apparently restrain both artery thrombosis and vein thrombosis, and improve the physical strength.
