芦荟凝胶对小鼠免疫及抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　考察芦荟凝胶部位调节免疫的药理作用。方法　对实验小鼠血清溶血素含量进行测定 ;同时 ,进行NK细胞活性及IL 2水平以及EAC荷瘤小鼠TNF含量的测定。结果　明显提高免疫低下小鼠的胸腺、脾脏重量 ,溶血素抗体含量和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ;增加NK细胞活性 ;明显提高白细胞介素 - 2 (IL 2 )至正常水平 ;0 .0 98g/ 10g时 ,使荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤坏死因子含量明显增高。结论　芦荟凝胶可对抗环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用 ,对S180 。Aim To investigate the effects of Aloe jelly on regulating immunologic functions.Methods To detect the contents of blood hemolysin in experimental mice,activity of NK cell,level of IL 2,and tumor necrosin in mice with EAC tumor.Results Thymus,spleen weight,hemolitic antibody and phagocytic funtion of mice with hypoimmunity were greatly increased,activity of NK cell was also increased,interleukin reached normal level.At 0.098g/10g,amounts of tumor necrosin in mice were raised remarkably.Conclusions Aloe jelly has the action of immunosuppression for antieyclophosphamide and inhibition for S 180 and EAC tumor.
