摘  要:目的 观察齐酞酸钠 (Oleanolicand 3β-phthalicmonoesterdisodiumsalt,OAPES)对BCG(卡介苗 )加LPS(脂多糖 )诱导的小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 采用卡介苗 (BCG)加脂多糖 (LPS)诱导小鼠免疫性肝损伤 ,通过检测小鼠的胸腺、肝脏、脾脏指数以及血清谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、谷草转氨酶 (AST)活性来研究OAPES的保肝功能。结果 造模组小鼠与正常对照组相比 ,胸腺指数明显减小 ,肝脏指数及脾脏指数明显增大 ,血清ALT及AST活性显著增高 ;给药组中、小剂量组 (10 0、5 0mg·kg-1)显著降低模型小鼠血清ALT及AST活性 ,大 (2 0 0mg·kg-1)、中剂量组可显著增大胸腺指数。结论 本实验成功地复制了BCG加LPS诱导小鼠产生免疫性肝炎的模型 ;Aim To study the protective action of Oleanolic and 3β-phthalic monoester disodiumsalt (OAPES) on the hepatic injury mice model induced by BCG plus LPS.Methods The injury of mice liver was induced by BCG plus LPS.The protective effects of OAPES on liver were studied by detecting the index of thymus,liver,spleen and the serum ALT and AST.Results The results showed that:(1) The thymic index of model mice reduced obviously,while the splenic and hepatic index increased greatly.Furthermore,the serum ALT and AST were significantly increased than those in the normal group mice.(2)The serum ALT and AST of mice in the experiment group treated with median and low dose OAPES (100 and 50mg·kg -1 ) decreased significantly after 6 days,while the thymic index of those treated with high (200mg·kg -1 ) and median dose OAPES were obviously higher than those in the model group.Conclusions We have successfully established the mice model of immune hepatic injury induced by BCG plus LPS.The results indicate that OAPES has significant protective effects on this injury.
