左旋咪唑中药制剂外用保肝功能研究

摘　　要：采用动物实验证明 ,左旋咪唑中药制剂外用透皮吸收能显著提高K值 ,激活和增强单核细胞的趋化和吞噬作用 ,提高免疫力 ;能显著降低血清GPT活性 ,有保肝作用 ;能改善微循环 ,有活血化瘀作用 (与对照组比较P <0 .0 5 ) .且使用次数与作用效果呈正相关 .Experiments on animals proved that L imidazole in Chinese traditional medicine can be applied externally and it can obviously increase the K value, promote monocyte ability of englobe, improve immunotherapy, lower the serum active of GPT (compared with P <0.05). It can protect the liver and improve microcycle.
