摘 要:分析了钾长石矿的物相成分及化学组成 ,利用添加剂磷矿、磷酸与钾长石在反应釜中反应 ,研究了磷酸用量、反应温度、物料配比对钾长石中钾溶出率的影响 ,通过正交实验确定了适宜生产的工艺参数 ,得出最佳操作工艺条件是温度 :2 50℃ ;磷酸用量 (65 % ) :2 2 3ml;配料比m (磷矿 ) :m(钾长石 ) =1∶1。用XRD对水浸渣进行了物相分析 ,探讨了反应机理。实验结果表明 ,钾长石中K2 O溶出率可达 92The chemical composition and physical composition of K feldspar were analyzed.The reaction behavior of K feldspar with additives of phosphorite and phosphoric acid in reaction pot were studied.The effects of the dose of phosphoris acid,reaction temperature and ratios of reactants on the potassium leaching rate of K feldspar were researched and the optimum technological parameters were determined by means of quadrature experiment.At last the optimum operation conditions were confirmed as follow:250℃,phosphoric acid(65%):2 23ml,m(phosphorite):m(K feldspar)=1∶1.The physical composition of leaching mineral residues were analyzed by XRD and the reaction mechanism were dicussed. Test results show a recovery of up to 92% of potassium oxide contained in K feldspar.
