摘　　要：Let ni,mj>1.In[5],the spherical noncommutative torus Sρ^pd was defined by twisting ＾↑T^r+2 ×Z^ι　in T^pd×C^*(Zι) by a totally skew multiplier ρ on ＾↑T^r+2 ×Z^ι for T^pd a pd-homogeneous C^*-algebra over ∏i=1^s4 S^2ni×∏^s2 S2×∏j=1^s3 S^2mj-1×∏^s1 S1×T^r+2.It is shown that Sρ^pd is strongly Morita equivalent to C(∏i=1^s4 S^2ni×∏^s2 S2×∏j=1^s3 S^2mj-1×∏^s1 S1)×C^*(＾↑T^r+2 ×Z^ι,ρ).
