摘　　要：我国的资本逃避现象严重 ,外逃原因主要来自受管制的金融环境、发育不成熟的金融市场、不完善的法制监管环境以及不合理的对内资外资的制度安排。我国外逃资本主要通过非正式渠道进行 ,包括非贸易渠道、贸易渠道和投资渠道。我们要正视资本外逃对我国经济的不利影响 ,同时要从创造良好的吸引资本环境着手 ,从根本上解决资本逃避问题。The phenomenon of captial flights in china is serious as a result of a restrictive financial enviroment, imperfect legal supervision and unreasonable arragement of internal and external investment. Captial flights occur mainly in informal ways that include non-trade, trade or investment channels. We should face up to its unfavorable effects on our econmy and solve it ultimately by creating foworable enviroment for investment attraction.
