摘　　要：现代市场经济是一种建立在法制基础上的信用经济 ,然而当前我国面临比较严重的信用危机 ,从制度经济学和信息学的角度探讨目前我国产生信用危机的原因 ,在此基础上 ,提出解决我国信用危机问题的重要对策。Market economy is credit economy based on legality. However, we face serious credit crisis. This article, from the perspective of institution and information economics, tries to analyze the fundamental reasons for the credit crisis in China. Accordingly, this article points out some important countermeasures to deal with the problems.
