摘　　要：黑龙江省拥有丰富的旅游资源 ,在发展旅游业的过程中 ,生态环境的恶化、管理混乱等问题不断产生。为了实现黑龙江省旅游业的可持续发展 ,应采取加快生态环境的保护和治理、完善管理体制、提高公民的环保意识等措施。There are plenty of tourism resources in Heilongjiang province, but in the course of developing it, the problems such as aggravation of ecological environment and government confusion are coming into being. In order to realize the sustainable development of tourism industry in Heilongjiang, necessary measures should be taken as to protecting and governing ecological environment, improving government system and raising people's consciousness.
