摘　　要：综述了近年来国内外固体分散技术在药剂学中的应用进展 ,讨论了迄今固体分散技术研究过程中的一些主要发展 ,包括制备及影响因素、稳定性、释药、各种剂型等 ,指出了它的发展前景和尚待解决的问题。Recent progress in domestic and abroad for the use of solid dispersion technique(SDT) in practical pharmacy were reviewed.Some important development in SDT,including preparation and affecting factors,stability,drug release,and dosage forms were discussed.Its prospect and problems to be resolved were also discussed in this paper.
