摘　　要：目的 :对牛黄解毒片中砷在体内的吸收与分布进行实验研究。方法 :采用分光光度法测定了经灌胃给药的小鼠各脏器中砷的含量。结果与结论 :进入小鼠体内的砷分布较广 。Objective: To research on the absorption and distribution of As in Niuhuangjiedu Tablet. Methods: The way of spectrophotometry is used to determine the content of As in rat's organs (the rat has been injected the solution of Niuhuangjiedu Tablet). Results:As distributes widely in rat's organs and each organ absorbs a certain amount of As.
