金银花的体外抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨金银花体外抑菌作用。方法 :用 K- B纸片扩散法 10 0 %金银花浸出液滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究。结果 :金银花对以上细菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论Objective: To research on the in vitro growth inhibition effect of LJT on bacteria. Methods: K-B paper was dispersed with original solution and the circular filter paper was presoaked with 100% LJT water extract and observed the effect on the following bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albicans, α-hemolytic streptoccus, β-hemolytic streptococcus. Results and Conclusion: LJT had obvious effect of in vitro growth inhibition on bacteria.
