摘  要:通过理论分析与实验研究 ,首次证实了管内流动的润滑脂在所实验的剪切速率范围内均有壁滑移现象 ;根据润滑脂的分子结构分析了壁滑移产生的机理 ;由实测数据 ,根据 Mooney方法按边界层理论得出了壁滑移速度的大小 ;分析了剪应力、管径等对壁滑移的影响 ;在对Robinowitsch- Mooney方程进行改进的基础上 ,建立了扣除壁滑移后的流动模型和流变模型 ;讨论了壁滑移对管道流动的减阻效果和弹流润滑的作用 .With theoretical analyses and experimental investigations , the wall slip phenomenon of lubricating grease flowing in steel tube of various diameter was proved in range of experimental shear ratio.Mechanism of the wall slip phenomenon was discussed with molecular structure of lubricating grease .The wall slip velocity was determined from the experimental date with the Mooney method on the basis of the theory of slip boundary layer. The influence of shear stress and tube diameter on the wall slippage was investigated. Real flowing model and rheologic model of lubricating grease were determined by correcting the influence of the wall slip on the base of developing the equation of Robinowitsch Mooney. The effect of the wall slip phenomenon on drag reduction flowing in tube and elastohydrodynamic lubrication was discussed.
