摘　　要：作者概述了我国非盈利性信息机构所面临的新形势及其信息服务的现状 ,分析其存在的问题 。The paper describes the new situation faced with by Chinas non-profit information institutions and the current situation of other kinds of information services, analyzes the existing problems and put forward methods of solutions on the basis of this.
