摘　　要：提出了一个在集成环境下的UPVC管件模具设计与工艺设计的框架,并分别讨论了集成环境下成形工艺设计和模具设计的关键技术问题和相应的解决方法,其目的在于缩短模具设计与制造过程的调试修模时间和成本,提高产品品质。The paper put forward a framework of die design and technologie design for UPVC pipes under integrated envi-ronment.Ddiscussing the major problem appear in the forming teachnology desing and die desing under inte-grated environment and put forward the correspondence solution ways respective.The aim of the paper is de-creasing the modify die time and cost of die design and reducing the manufacture process.This is improv ing the quality of production.
