摘　　要：目的　探讨血前降钙素 (PCT)在儿童败血症中的应用价值。方法　应用双抗夹心免疫法对 2 6例败血症患儿治疗前后的 PCT进行测定 ,同时对 32例呼吸道感染患儿 PCT进行测定作为对照。结果　败血症组血清PCT阳性率明显高于呼吸道感染组 ,败血症组经抗生素治疗感染控制后 ,PCT降至正常 ,其中有 2例感染无法控制 ,PCT持续阳性。结论　 PCT是败血症的重要诊断标准 ,可作为败血症预后判断及治疗监测的指标。Objective\ To investigate the application value of the plasma PCT level in children with septicemia.MethodsThe plasma PCT levels,in 26 children with septicemia and in 32 children with respiratory infection,were measured by semiquantitative test.Results\ The results showed that the plasma PCT levels in 26 children with septicemia were higher than that in 32 children with respiratory infection.In septicemia group,the plasma PCT levels were lower after treatment than that before treatment except that 2 children.Conclusion\ Our findings indicate that the plasma PCT is an innovative and highly specific marker for the diagnosis of severe bacterial infections and sepsis.PCT supports the lifesaving decision in clinical settings which could direct an effective therapy at the right time and save unnecessary spending for critically ill patients.
