摘 要:综合考虑利润与环境保护之间的平衡 ,建立了炼油企业生产计划的多目标优化模型。其主要影响指标为装置加工损失和催化裂化烧焦率 ,采用约束法求解得到了多目标优化问题的非劣解。结果表明 ,非劣解集存在A、B两个变化区间 ,在加工损失较小的A区间 ,降低排放与增加企业利润的矛盾较大 ;在加工损失较大的B区间 ,降低加工损失与排放对企业的利润影响不大。考察了非劣解与选择原油加工品种和数量之间的关系 ,发现放宽原油品种选择的约束 ,B区间的企业利润增加。A multi-objective optimization approach was proposed for production planning of refinery complex, in which the environmental impacts have been taken into account in addition to the econo- mic performance of refinery processes. An environmental accounting model was established in terms of the processing losses of feed streams through the refinery plants and the coke formation at FCC plants. A whole collection of Pareto optimal points, representing the entire spectrum of noninferior solutions, was calculated. The noninferior solutions can be divided into two sub-spectra A and B. For section A, where FCC coke formation dominants the material losses of the system, to reduce the feed material losses will result in substantial decrease of economic benefit. As for section B, which mainly represents regular processing losses of the refinery, to reduce the feed material losses causes only small economic benefit loss, the economic performance of the refinery can be improved at the same losses of feed streams if the constrants was relaxed on the variations of different crude oil supply.
