摘 要:液体端羧基丁腈橡胶 (CTBN)改性双马来酰亚胺树脂 (BMI)中 ,不同共混方式、不同分子量及不同- CN含量的 CTBN对 DACPE体系双马来酰亚胺胶粘剂力学性能的影响不同 ,由此选择性能优异的CTBN制备出改性 4 ,4′-双 (对 -氨基苯甲酰基 )二苯醚 (DACPE)固化 1The property of CTBN modified 1 #/DACPE was introduced. Different mass of CTBN, molecular weight of CTBN and content of -CN had different infection in 1 #/DACPE at shear strength and peel strength.If increased the mass of CTBN, shear strength and peel strength at R.T. of the adhesive is improved, but shear strength and peel strngth at high temperature of the adhesive is descended. If increased molecular weight of CTBN and content of -CN , shear strength and peel strength of the adhesive at R.T. and high temperature is improved. Distributing of CTBN in 1 #/DACPE was inspected with SEM. The adhesive has been used in airplane and aerospace industry at high temperate for long period.
