摘　　要：国有民办教育是近四年我国高等教育迅速发展的新生事物。经过近四年的运行 ,发现国有民办学生从接受教育的智力水平、心理素质、行为准则等方面都有自身的特点。准确地把握其在成长中的动态 ,制定出符合实际的教育教学及管理的计划和方案 。? The education of belonging to the nation people seek is a new matter which speedy development of our country education in four years. By four years running, it has been found characteristics in intelligence level, psychology's diathesis and active rule of the students, hold the change during growing in true, set a plan and precept to accord education and management. It is a new question and new case after expanding recruit students. 〔
