能量亏损对负离子飞行时间质谱的影响

摘　　要：采用针尖的旋抛物面模型,给出了表面生成的负离子在针尖场中飞行的动力学方程,并用数值方法求解。解释了负离子飞行时间质谱产生能量亏损的主要原因,并给出了相应的解决方法。Adopting paraboloid model of tip surface, presented the dynamics equation of negative ion flight in tip field and solve it with numerical method. According to a simulated negative ion TOF-MS chief causations of negative ions energy loss is displayed,and some solution is given out.
