摘 要:目的 观察脑健冲剂对AD大鼠线粒体结构及离子泵ATP酶的影响。方法 采用D 半乳糖致衰老基础上 β 淀粉样蛋白颅内注射所致AD大鼠模型。将Wista大鼠随机分为 6组 :空白组、假损伤组、模型组、对照组、治疗组、保护组 ,通过电镜观察及比色法 ,观察脑健冲剂的作用。结果 脑健冲剂能使AD大鼠的Ca+ ATP酶、Ca2 + Mg2 + ATP酶、Na+ K+ ATP酶活力水平明显提高。用药组的线粒体体密度、面数密度和平均截面积与模型组相比差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 脑健冲剂能改善AD大鼠的线粒体损伤程度 。Objective To observe the effect of Naojian granule on AD mouse's mitochondrial structure and ion pump ATP enzyme.Methods The AD mouse's models induced by intracranial injection of β starch style protein on the basis of senile caused by D half lactose were divided into 6 groups by random including blank group,pseudedamage group,model group,control group,therapeutic group and protective group.We observed the effect of Naojian granule with EM and colorimetric method.Results Naojian granule could raise the levels of Ca + ATP enzyme,Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATP enzyme and Na +K + ATP enzyme significantly in AD mice.The density of mitochondrial,the density of the surface number and average cross section in the experiment group showed great distinction compared with the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Naojian granule could improve the damage of AD mouse's mitochondrial,increase the vitality of AD mouse's ion pump ATP enzyme.
