摘　　要：形成有效需求能力不足的主要原因有 :居民收入分配差距拉大 ;农民收入增长速度减缓 ;城市存在大量下岗职工。解决我国有效需求能力不足的对策 :缩小居民收入分配差距 ;提高农民收入 ;The summary:There are some main reasons leading to the insufficient effective demand ability:the disparity of resident's income and distributions is getting wide;the growth rate of peasant's income is slowed down;the number of laid-off workers in the city is huge.The measures to the effective demand of our country with insufficient ability:narrowing the disparity of resident's income and distributions;raising peasant's in come;solving the urban laid-off worker's problem concerning life.
