摘 要:在激烈的市场竞争条件下 ,技术创新是企业获得竞争优势的根本源泉 ,是企业求得生存和发展的重要基础。在技术创新过程中 ,需要投入大量资金和人力资源而取得的效益却无法确定。任何企业在技术创新方面的资金投入都要承担很大风险 ,甚至企业技术创新活动有可能由于风险而失败。如何客观地分析技术创新风险是企业正确回避风险的要求。本文围绕技术创新风险分析 ,采用改进层次分析法确定出各个风险因素对技术创新产生的风险大小。最后 ,确定技术创新综合风险值 。Technological innovation is an important source to gain market competition and the basic of survivorship and development.In the process of technological innovation, many enterprises devoted human and financial resources to develop the technological innovation.However, it could not confirm that profit of technological innovation, every enterprise would be charged with the risk of capital devotion in the technological innovation indeed the technological innovation would be defeated owing to risk.How to analyze the risk of technological innovation is request that enterprise keep away it.In this paper, we use the improved AHP method to analyze the risks of technological innovation.We also give an example to analyze its application values.
