摘　　要：本文对项目管理中模板化时间管理的基本思想、管理方法和技术进行了研究 ,探讨了计划集成技术和与ERP物料清单集成的思路和可行性 ,针对项目管理临时性、开放性和累计效应等特点 ,提出了多种类、多级别模板的总体设计思路和具体集成方法。Method and technique as well as concept of Time Management Moulding Board have been presented in this paper.Upon it, possibility of plan integration with Bill of Materials of ERP has been discussed.Considering the characteristics of project plan management such as temporariness, openness and result accumulation, this paper describes the general design principles and integrated approaches for manifold and multilevel moulding board.
