摘　　要：利用宝钢 2 0 5 0粗轧段实测数据 ,采用回归的方法建立了轧件自由宽展与狗骨宽展的一般规律。所得解析式包含了各主要轧制参量与宽展的关系。得到一系列计算宽展的实验公式 ,并编写了仿真软件 ,输入各种规格钢板的生产现场实测数据进行验证 ,取得了很高的精度。Utilizing data from factory analyze width reduction progress in roughing stands of hot plate mills researched the relationship from spread to series parameter. Set up a set of formulas using data from factory attested these formulas compiled the software of 2050 width simulation system.The precision is high in field application
