摘　　要：融资结构和方式的确定一直是公司财务管理的核心问题。我国职业体育俱乐部应当根据自身的行业特点以及各种融资方式的现实可行性 ,来选择适当的融资结构。现阶段我国体育俱乐部是按股权融资、内部融资和债务融资的顺序进行融资 ,但随着我国体育产业进一步发展 ,职业俱乐部应该以内部融资为主 ,辅以适当的债务融资 ,最后再考虑股权融资。It's always a core problem how to fix and adjust the financial structure and method of a company Professional sports clubs in China should select a proper financial structure according to the feature of sports industry and the feasibility of the specific financing method At present,sports clubs in China finance themselves following the sequence by equity financing,credit financing and internal financing,but as the sports industry makes a further development,through research and analysis,we propose in a significant way,sports clubs should firstly take internal finance into account If possible,credit finance will act as an auxiliary method We also propose,equity finance should be the last to consider
