中国女子足球后备人才现状、发展布局与对策的研究

摘　　要：采用文献分析、调查研究的方法 ,对 2 0 0 1年度中国足球协会组织的各级全国女子足球比赛的参赛队伍进行了问卷调查和座谈访问 ,主要研究结果 :对中国女子后备力量运动员队伍和教练员队伍的规模、年龄结构、运动水平、知识结构和培训情况进行了系统分析 ,从当前世界女子足球运动的发展情况对中国女子足球后备人才培养提出了新的要求 ,全面掌握了中国女子足球后备人才的现状和存在问题 ,最后提出了发展中国青少年女子足球运动的具体措施与中国女子足球后备人才培养方面的基本对策。By analyzing documents and investigation,a study was done on the teams attended all level the whole nation woman's matches of the Chinese Football Association in 2001 Main conclusion:total amount,age structure,athletics level,knowledge structure and the training of Chinese women football reserved persons and their coaches have been systematical anlyzed The new requrement to China woman's football reservation person have put forward from the present development circumstance of the world woman's football The problem has been discovered set in Chinese women football reservation person,and the basic developmental suggestion has been made in this study
