摘　　要：社会的进步、经济的发展,国家法制化建设进程的提速,尤其是社会主义市场经济的建立,都给医院公共关系带来许多新的问题。如何处理好医院公共关系,已成为医院管理中重要的课题。本文就医院公共关系的复杂性与重要性、医院公共关系集中管理的必要性与社会工作部在医院公共关系管理中的重要作用等进行了论述。The progress of the society, the development of the economics and the building of the state legalization, particularly the establishment of the socialist marketing economics, all these have brought many new issues to the public relations of hospitals. How to handle well public relations of hospitals has become an important subject towards hospital management. This article discusses the complexity and importance of the public relations of hospitals, the necessity of centralized management over public relations of hospitals and the important role of social working department in public relations of hospitals etc.
