摘　　要：提出了将公众移动通信网与专用移动通信网进行技术融合和网络融合 ,从而形成既能为公众提供个人使用的移动通信服务 。This article presents the method of technology integration an network integration between PMCN and TCS,and produces a comprehensive mobile communication net which can supply services not only to public but also to special department.
