摘　　要：为了使文科学报真正成为一所高等院校对外学术文化交流的重要窗口,从目前的情况看,既要从编校性、学术性两个层面强化文科学报编辑的“内功”,同时,必须通过编辑学的学科化和编辑的教学科研编制化,为文科学报的可持续发展提供“外援”。In the light of the present situation, to turn the academic journal into an important window for cultural communication of a university or a college, we are required not only to reinforce the 'interior function' of the editorial staff from both editorial and academic perspectives, but also to provide the 'exterior aid' for the sustainable development. The 'exterior aid' can be realized through the dis~ ciplinarization of editing and through the synthesis of the research and teaching force of editorial staff members.
