摘　　要：　邓小平在其执政期间,高瞻远瞩,勇于创新和探索,大胆试验和变革,成功地进行了建设有中国特色的社会主义伟大事业的"第二次革命",表现出了其作为"总设计师"应当具备的强烈的事业心与责任感、充足的自信心、敏锐的洞察力、非凡的革命胆略、顽强的斗争意志等创新性思维品质。While in office DENG Xiaoping stood out splendidly as a leader who showed great foresight and courage for innovation and exploration, and who carried out bold experiment and reform, therefore started successfully the 'the second revolution' for building socialism with Chinese characteristics in China. In the course of this he displayed fine qualities of innovative thinking a 'general designer' is supposed to possess, such as great devotion to his cause , a strong sense of duty, supreme confidence, sharp insight, unusual revolutionary courage and resourcefulness, and a staunch will to fight.
