愈肝胶囊抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒作用实验研究

摘　　要：观察愈肝胶囊抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒作用。方法选1日龄广州麻鸭50只接种病毒,分ACV200μg/kg,愈肝胶囊6.5g/kg,3.25g/kg及病毒对照组,1/d,口服。分别观察其抗DHBV的作用。试验结束时,取肝组织作病理切片光镜观察。结果 6.5g/kg愈肝胶囊组在给药后第5天,第10天和停药后第3天,鸭血清DHBV DNA水平均明显下降,与给药前自身比及病毒对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<O.01);3.25g/kg愈肝胶囊组在给药后第3天及停药后第3天,鸭血清DHBV DNA水平也均明显下降, 与病毒对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),而与给药前无统计学差异。结论愈肝胶囊具有抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒及改善鸭肝脏炎性病变作用,且具有明显量效关系。Objective To observe the antiviral effect of Yu Gan capsules on DHBV in ducks. Methods Fifty Guangzhou brown spot ducks were used in this experiment. Af- ter being infected width DHBV, the ducks were divided into four groups at random. They were ACV 200μg/kg group, Yu Gan capsules 6.5g/kg group, Yu Gan capsules 3.25g/kg group and control group. Drugs were orally given once a day. Blood samples were taken from each duck and tested for DHBV DNA level. The left liver tissues were sheared and used for optical analysis. Results In the YuGan capsule 6.5g/kg group, DHBV DNA level in the duck's serum was decreased on the 5th and 10th day after treatment and 3th day after recession of treatment. There was significant difference in the DHBV DNA level be- tween in 3 days after treatment and before treatment. There was also significant difference in the DHBV DNA level between Yu- Gan capsules 6.5g/kg group and virus control group (P<0.01). In the YuGan capsules 3.25g/kg group, DHBV DNA level in the duck's serum was apparently decreased on the 3rd day after treatment and on the 3rd day after recession of treatment, Comparing with that DHBV DNA level before treat- ment, there was no statistical difference(P < 0.05). Conclu- sions YuGan capsule has the effect of anti - DHBV in duck and improving liver tissue, which is in dose-dependent manner.
