快速铸轧在线监测系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：介绍基于IPC -单片机的主从式快速铸轧在线监测系统 ,包括系统的构成、硬件软件系统、IPC -单片机通讯系统和抗干扰设计 .该监测系统可在线监测快速铸轧过程中的工艺参数、力能参数、电参数、掌握轧机运行的状况 .该监测系统已成功应用于快速铸轧实验中 。The master-slave casting-rolling on-line monitoring system based on PC-single chip computer were introduced, including the component of system,hardware system and software system,PC-single chip computer communication system and resisting jam design. The monitoring system can monitor the process parameter,force parameter,electrical parameter of fast casting-rolling procedure so that running of roll mill was controlled. The monitoring system was successfully applied to the fast cast-rolling experiment. Distinct benefit was acquired.
