摘　　要：本文通过对三所理工科大学图书馆人员知识结构的调查 ,发现人员的知识结构与学校所开设的专业不相对应。要提高理工科大学图书馆服务工作的水平和质量 ,就必须调整图书馆人员的知识结构 。Through investigating the knowledge structure of the librarians in three colleges of science and engineering, this article reveals the librarian's knowledge structure does not match the majors of those colleges.In order to enhance the level and quality of library work,it is essential to adjust their knowledge structure,so as to match the majors.
