摘　　要：简要回顾了20年来我国卷烟降焦减害的3个阶段及取得的显著成果,给出了2002年我国统检及市场抽检卷烟及名优卷烟焦油量统计结果,对存在问题进行了分析,并就2005年要达到国家烟草专卖局预定的降焦目标企业应如何做进行了展望。Three stages of reducing tar in domestic cigarettes and the significant achievements obtained in the past twenty years were reviewed briefly. The statistical results of tar in domestic cigarettes for market sampling inspection and routine inspection in 2002 were presented and the existing problems were analyzed. For cigarette manufacturers the question of how to achieve the 2005 target of tar reduction in domestic cigarettes set by STMA was also discussed .
