摘　　要：从烟草企业的总体规划和设计出发,应用技术美学对卷烟厂、复烤厂的生产环境与生产者之间的相互关系进行了分析。提出在烟草企业总体规划、工艺设计和环境设计中,应采用各种技术手段和措施,结合企业文化特征,通过人性化设计,优化劳动生产过程,美化生产环境,塑造企业形象。Starting from the overall plan and project of tobacco enterprises, the relationship between production environment and producers in cigarette factories and redrying factories were analyzed by technical aesthetics. Following suggestions were put forward: in the overall plan, technological design and environmental design of tobacco enterprises , various kinds of technical methods and measures should be adopted and combined with the characteristics of enterprises' culture, to achieve the optimal production processes and graceful production environments, and build up enterprises' images via humanization design.
