摘　　要：介绍了作者用三性法对 2 0 0 3年 2月 2 4日新疆巴楚 伽师地震的早期跨越式预报 ,并讨论了某些相关问题。The early leaping prediction of the earthquake occurring in Bachu-Jiashi region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on February 24, 2003 is introduced, using the triplet method by the authors; some problems related to great earthquakes are also discussed.
