摘　　要：讨论了三维板状机织预成形件的结构设计、工艺设计与织造方法 ,介绍了对 15 11S型织机进行设备改造的情况及织物加工生产的主要工艺技术条件 ,对经向纱线张力的控制及三维板状机织预成形件布边组织设计等问题进行了探讨。认为对 15The structure design,process design and weaving method of three dimensional plate shape woven pre form fabric is discussed,equipment innovation information of 1511S loom and main process technical condition of weaving fabric are introduced, controlling warp tension and selvage structure design et al are discussed.The result is that producing three dimensional plate shape woven pre form fabric by innovating 1511S loom is feasible.
