摘　　要：西陇海兰新经济带甘肃段铁路交通运输一直是制约东西部经济、文化交流的"瓶颈",已严重影响了西部大开发战略的实施。本文在实证分析甘肃境内铁路现状和发展前景的基础上,提出了建设的战略方案及发展对策与措施。Railway transportation service in the West Longhailanxin Economic Zone in Gansu area has been the bottleneck of economic and cultural exchanges between the East and the West of china, seriously interfering with the implement of the West Development strategy. In terms of practical analyses of the present situation and prospects of railway transportation in Gansu,this article proposes the strategy plan concerning the railway construction and development countermeasures. 
