失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯HPLC法的分析

摘　　要：采用TLC对失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯(Span20)组分进行分离,借助HPLC对其组分进行定性和定量分析.结果表明,Span20组成比较复杂,HPLC可用来测定Span20中单酯、双酯、多酯的相对含量.Components in sorbitan monolaurate ( Span 20 ) were separated by TLC and subjected to qualitative and quantitative analysis by HPLC. The results showed that the composition of Span 20 is rather complicated and different products of Span 20 are of similar components. The approximate retention times of HPLC of Span 20 was obtained under the same chromatographic condition which can be repeated very well. Relative contents of mono, di and triesters in Span 20 can be determined by HPLC technique and the selfprepared Span 20 is of good quality which can also be determined and valued by HPLC.
