摘　　要：本文介绍硒化镉(CdSe)薄膜结构形貌和光谱特性的测试研究结果,以及制备工艺条件对该薄膜的结构形貌和光谱特性可能产生的影响所进行的某些探索。Some measuring results in () structural configuration and spectral characteristics of cadmium selenide(CdSe)thin film are presented in this paper.The authors go further into the probable influences of the conditions of its technological preparation on its Structural configuration and spectral characteristics.
