药物对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变代谢和TXB_2、6-KETO-PGF_(1α)作用的临床研究

摘  要:目的观察苯纳普利和小剂量阿司匹林对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的空腹血糖、胰岛素水平、血脂和TXB_2、6-KEIO-PGF_(1α)的影响。方法选择单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变病人120例,随机分为对照组63例和治疗组57例,两组同时给予常规综合治疗。对照组给予脉络宁注射液治疗,治疗组用苯纳普利和小剂量阿司匹林常规剂量治疗,8周后测定两组病人空腹血糖、胰岛素水平、血脂和TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_(1α)的变化。结果治疗组空腹血糖、胰岛素水平、血脂和收缩压均显著低于对照组,6-KETO-PGF_(1α)明显高于对照组,TXB_2非常显著低于对照组。结论苯纳普利和小剂量阿司匹林可以有效地改善单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的代谢和血流变化状况,从而延缓和控制病情发展。Objective To observe the changes of FBG, INS, TG, CHOL and TXB2, 6 - KETO - PGF1a in patients with diabetic retinopa-thy (DR) treated by benalapril and aspirin. Methods 120 patients with DR were divided into treatment and control groups at random.Two groups were treated routinely with general treatment on DM and the treatment group was added routine dose of benalapril and aspirin whfle the control group were treated with mailuoning injection. After 8 weeks, FBG, INS, TG, CHOL, TXB2 and 6 - KETO - PGF1a. were termined. Results FBG, INS, TG, CHOL level in treatment group were lower markly, 6 - KETO - PGF1a in treatment group were higher markedly than control group, TXB2 in treatment group were lower most markedly than control group. Conclusion Benalapril and aspirin can improve metabolism and circulation so as to control procession of DR effectively.
