糖微康防治糖尿病肾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察糖微康对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的临床防治作用。方法以100例糖尿病患者服用糖微康胶囊6个月,观察糖微康对DN患者临床症状、内皮素(ET-1)、血栓素B_2(TXB_2)、6-酮前列环素(6-keto-PGF_1);血管紧张素Ⅰ(AⅠ)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)和血液流变学的影响。结论糖微康治疗组在改善症状方面明显优于西药对照组(P<0.05);糖微康能降低血液粘度,改善血液高凝状态,改善早期糖尿病肾病肾小球高滤过状态,糖微康可预防DN的发生,延缓DN的发展。Objective To investigate the ameliorative effect of Tangweikang Capsule (TWK) on diabetic nephropathy (DN) .Methods The 100 DN patients were divided into 2 groups, The group with Captopril were took 50mg/d of TWK, The others were took 9g/d.The study lasted for 12 weeks. ET-1. TXB2.6-keto-PGF.AⅠ and AⅡ were detected.Hemodynamic consideration were examinated before and after this study.Results In untreated group, the result of ET-1. TXB2. AⅠ and AⅡ were decreased and 6- keto- PGF1 were increased significantly was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01) .The hemodynamic consideration were improved compared with the untreated group. Symptoms of treated diabetic patients were markedly improved compared with the untreated ones in 12 weeks. Conclusions TWK ameliorates renal hyperdynamic abnormality condition and reduce the blood flow and velocity which are the key factors and have important effects on DN.
